HOW CAN I CHECK IF MY HOA DUES ARE CURRENT IN MY ACCOUNT?The unit owner portal is updated daily with posted payments and charges. You can also email Accounting@OldColonyProperties.com anytime.
WHERE DO I GET A COPY OF THE GOVERNING DOCUMENTS FOR THE ASSOCIATION?These are available on the unit owner portal or can be requested via email at Office@OldColonyProperties.com
